Get Into the Meeting Diary

Exhibitors are matched into hosted buyer schedules based on product category and the buyer's stated requirement. Participation is included for exhibitors and weighted toward larger stand categories and sponsors.

Submit Your Product Profile Early

The matching exercise runs on the exhibitor profile you submit through the exhibitor portal. Complete it early and in detail to be matched accurately.

Nominate Target Buyer Types

Tell the programme team which processor types, output ranges or end-use sectors you want to meet, and matching is weighted accordingly.

Staff Your Stand for Meetings

Scheduled meetings run to a diary. Ensure a technical and a commercial person are available at the allotted times.

Follow Up Within a Week

The programme team shares meeting summaries after the show. Exhibitors who follow up inside seven days report materially better conversion.
