Minimum Area

Shell scheme starts at 9 sqm. Bare space is recommended from 18 sqm upward to justify custom build cost.

Corner & Prime Locations

Corner, two-side-open and prime-location stands carry an additional charge. Availability is limited and allocated by booking date.

🧾

Taxes & Registration Fee

Applicable taxes and the exhibitor registration fee are additional to the space rate, as set out in the Exhibitor Manual.

Utilities & Extra Services

Additional power load, compressed air, water, furniture and AV are ordered separately through the exhibitor portal.

Payment Schedule

An advance is payable on booking, with the balance due before the published deadline. Space is not held against unpaid bookings.
